Stir Fried Lamb and Peppers Recipe.

Quick and delicious! Feel free to swap out the lamb with pork, chicken, tofu or tempeh.

You'll need...
  • 1 tray Veetee Long Grain Rice
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ½ lb lamb, fat removed and cut into strips
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 green pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, diagonally sliced
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp red chili, deseeded and finely chopped
The how...
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and stir fry the lamb for 2 minutes or until browned.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the peppers, green onions and chili, heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sauces and the rice. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until the rice has been heated through.
  5. Serve immediately.
